  10.           +o When upgrading from isdn_eoe 1.0, "chkconfig isdnd"
  11.             will incorrectly be set to "off" even if it was "on"
  12.             before the upgrade.  This will cause ISDN to stop
  13.             working.

  15.             The workaround is a simple, one-time fix:  login as
  16.             root and type:

  20.             Then restart the ISDN software by rebooting or by
  21.             typing:

  25.             We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

  27.           +o When isdnd starts, it must do some negotiations on the
  28.             ISDN line.  This may take up to 20 seconds on some U.S.
  29.             switch software types.  During this time, isdnd cannot
  30.             make or accept any calls for PPP or ASI.  The
  31.             workaround is to avoid shell scripts which start isdnd
  32.             and then immedidately make a PPP or ASI call.
